Can I place an order other than through the internet?
Yes, you can email your order to us at orders@yourscrapbookconnection.com. You can telephone your order to us at (607) 204-0611. We are available to take your calls Monday-Friday 10 am - 6 pm, Saturday 10 am - 3 pm. (EST)

Do you accept credit cards?
For your convenience Mastercard and VISA are accepted.

Out of Stock Items/Back Orders
Every attempt is made to keep our inventory current. However, occasionally items are out of stock. If you place an order with an out of stock item we will cancel that item from your order and ship the rest of the order. If you order an item in quantity and if the complete quantity is not available, we will ship what we have to you and cancel the remaining quantity. You will only be charged for the quantity shipped.

Discounts/Promo Codes/Sale Items
Very often Scrapbook Connection offers discounts, promo codes and Sales.

How to use promotion codes: 1. Add all your items to the shopping cart, 2. then enter the promotion code and click "Apply" to see the promotion discount prior to clicking the ''Proceed to Checkout'' button.

How will my order be shipped?
The majority of orders are shipped by United States Postal Service. Standard shipping method will be first class mail, parcel post or media mail (if applicable), depending on the weight of the package. If you wish your order to be sent by priority mail, please email us at orders@yourscrapbookconnection.com and we will advise you of any additional charges incurred.

When will my order be shipped
We ship Monday through Friday. Your order usually will ship within 2-3 business days from when you place your order.

What are your shipping charges?
Most orders will be shipped by Priority mail. Smaller orders containing small, lightweight stickers, embellishments, etc. will be shipped by first class mail.
NOTE: If needed, shipping charges will be adjusted once your order has been pulled and prepared for shipping. For example, if you choose the shipping option for over 5 oz and your order is under 5oz, we will adjust down to the lower rate. US Orders over $100 will ship for FREE.Please note, if your $100 order contains certain heavy items, a $10 shipping fee will applied. These items will be noted in their description.

Is there a minimum order amount? There is a $5.00 minimum order from our website. For example, if you only purchase one item at .25 your order will be charged $5. So shop away!

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to Canada. Please understand that shipping out of the United States may take longer or require customs forms. Please email us if you have questions regarding your International order.

I do not see a product that I want, can you stock an item for me?
Absolutely, we want you to tell us what you want! Please email us and we will try our best to get it in with the next order.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
8% sales tax will be charged for any orders shipped within New York State.

Do you accept returns?
Returned items that are new, unused, unopened and in sellable condition are accepted for your choice of a full refund or an exchange (less shipping fees) within 14 days of date of shipment. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued on opened software or books. If you would like to return an item, please contact us at returns@yourscrapbookconnection.com prior to sending the product back to us. If the product is a manufacturer's defect or if we shipped the wrong product, we will pay the return shipping fees.
